Account and local-data removal

Roleo keeps generated resumes, cover letters and application folders on your computer. Removing your online account does not silently delete those local files.

Export any account history you wish to keep.
Submit an account deletion request while signed in, or contact the Roleo administrator from your account email address.
On Windows, choose File → Open data folder, close Roleo, then remove that Roleo data folder if you also want to erase local settings, saved jobs and sessions.
Remove generated resumes and cover letters separately from the application folder you selected.
