Will it change how my resume looks?
No. Resume Flint edits a copy of your actual Word document, so your template, fonts and layout are preserved. New wording can shift line breaks, so you always review the final file before you apply.
Do I need my own AI subscription or API key?
No. AI tailoring is included - there is no separate subscription or key to set up.
Can it invent experience I don't have?
No. Every materially new or strengthened claim must be supported by your resume or your extra experience file. Resume Flint strengthens what's true; it doesn't fabricate.
Which job sites does it work with?
Paste the link to almost any single job advertisement and Resume Flint reads it and scores it against your résumé. It can also search supported job boards.
Is my personal information safe?
Your name, contact details and address are replaced with placeholders before any AI processing and restored in your downloaded file. Resume Flint only uses the documents you give it.
Does my Word file need to be in a particular shape?
A standard .docx works best. Resume Flint checks the file first and stops safely if it contains macros, embedded objects (like a table pasted from Excel as a live object) or document protection - the message tells you what to fix.
