Evidence-led tailoring and a clearer web experience

Added three tailoring approaches, document-length choices and optional heading improvements within the existing Word structure.
Tailoring now starts from an immutable source copy, validates evidence and locked facts, and uses an independent review before approved wording is written back.
Added a content-free quality report covering the selected policy, completed sections, overall length, document preflight and source reference.
Improved responsive job and document views, clearer action priority and job-specific accessible labels.
Updated privacy, support and marketing explanations so limitations around direct-identifier tokenisation, Word pagination, cloud storage and AI processing are stated plainly.

Resume Flint now runs entirely in your web browser at roleo.com.au - no download or installation. Add it to your phone's home screen to use it like a mobile app.
Applied tracking with status and notes, duplicate-job detection, a "remove and don't show again" memory, and clearer job list columns (source, listed, type).
Cover letters are cleaned of stray formatting. Browser previews are convenient approximations; the downloaded Word file remains the authoritative document.
Made the web app the primary public experience while keeping separately managed legacy application releases outside the website workflow.

Aligned Windows, iPhone, website and in-app help with the current three-pass tailoring workflow.
Added in-product account export, deletion and AI-output reporting paths, with complete removal of private cloud documents when an account is deleted.
Expanded Terms, Privacy, Support, data-removal and retention information for local Windows files, cloud job sync and iPhone document storage.
Added Microsoft Store listing, privacy, restricted-capability and certification material, plus a Windows 10 version 2004 minimum.
Removed Re-tailor so every tailoring run starts from the master resume, and clarified that changed wording can affect pagination.

Job searching now runs in Resume Flint's built-in browser, with improved SEEK, I Work for NSW and APSJobs form handling.
Added stronger Word-document integrity checks and local personal-detail protection before AI processing.
Each account can have a set number of resume-tailoring and job-matching credits or plan allowances.
You'll see a clear message when you're running low, so there are no surprises.

Upload a Word, PDF or text job advertisement, and Resume Flint reads the job content and adds it directly to Job matches.
