1. About Roleo

Roleo is job-search and application-assistance software. The desktop application searches supported job sources, compares roles with material you provide and helps produce tailored application documents. The Roleo website provides accounts, approved downloads, administration and Roleo's central AI service.

2. Private-testing access

Access is personal, revocable and limited to approved testers. You must not share an account, access token, installer or application copy with another person. Roleo may suspend access to protect the service, other testers or proprietary material.

3. Acceptable use

You must use Roleo lawfully and comply with the terms of job websites you visit. You must not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, bypass access controls, interfere with security protections or use Roleo as a general-purpose AI proxy.

4. Your material and AI output

You remain responsible for resumes, job descriptions and other material you submit, and for reviewing every generated document before use. AI output can contain mistakes and is not a guarantee of employment, suitability or accuracy.

5. Intellectual property

Roleo, its software, prompts, designs, workflows and service logic are proprietary. Except for the limited right to use an approved private-testing copy, no rights are transferred to you.

6. Availability and changes

Private-testing software is supplied as-is and may change, become unavailable or contain defects. Roleo will take reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted availability.

7. Privacy

The Roleo Privacy Notice explains what data is handled by the desktop application and cloud control plane.

8. Ending access

You may stop using Roleo at any time. Roleo may revoke private-testing access for misuse, security risk or the end of the testing programme. Provisions concerning confidentiality, intellectual property and prohibited redistribution continue after access ends.
